Job Description
Estimator position for large HVAC/Plumbing Contractor in Sacramento CA
We are a large growing HVAC/Plumbing Mechanical Contractor currently looking for an Estimator to join our team. This is a permanent position with a great salary and benefits package as well as career-growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Quickpen/Accubid BlueBeam and MS Excel
- Build accurate estimates and takeoffs for current and future projects
- Work with Chief Estimator Purchasing and Project Management team
- Coordinate with Owners and General Contractors
- Communicate with Vendors and Suppliers for materials pricing
Required experience:
- Work on large hvac/plumbing projects for Mechanical/Plumbing Contractor
- Local in Sacramento
- Stable work-history
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management
- Technical knowledge in Quickpen BlueBeam MS Excel among others
- Prior field experience
