About the Role
This role is ideal for someone withhands-on consulting experiencein Business Central who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys solving complex business challenges with technology.
Client Consulting & Solution Design
- Lead discovery sessions to understand client business processes pain points and goals
- Translate business requirements into tailored Business Central solutions
- Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on solution architecture
Implementation & Delivery
- Manage full-cycle Business Central implementations including configuration testing training and support
- Ensure solutions are scalable maintainable and aligned with client objectives
- Provide post-implementation consulting and optimization services
Pre-Sales & Advisory
- Support pre-sales efforts by participating in demos scoping sessions and proposal development
- Advise clients on best practices industry trends and Business Central capabilities
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with developers project managers and other consultants to ensure successful project delivery
- Troubleshoot issues and provide expert guidance on Business Central functionality
Qualifications
- 5 years of consulting experiencewith Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV) including full-cycle implementations
- Proven ability to lead client engagements and deliver tailored solutions
- Strong understanding of Business Central modules such asFinance Manufacturing and Warehouse Management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience engaging executive stakeholders
- Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (e.g. Power BI SQL Server SharePoint) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting to theConsulting Manager this is aclient-facing consulting rolefocused on delivering end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. Youll act as a trusted advisor to clients leveraging your deep product knowledge and consulting experience to guide them through discovery design implementation and post-go-live support.
