Our client in the global professional services industry is seeking a Campaign Manager to join the Americas Marketing and Communications team. The role involves contributing to marketing strategy for a specific industry service or partner owning campaign content development audience targeting channel mix and performance reporting to support knowledge building and lead generation goals. The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing multiple high-profile marketing projects independently excels in cross-functional collaboration and combines creative thinking with analytical problem-solving. A passion for program ownership testing and learning and driving results across reputation relationships and revenue is essential.
What you will do:
- Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that are aligned to the Americas marketing strategy.
- Collaborate and maintain relationships with marketing leaders functional marketing teams and peers.
- Define target audience parameters by campaign maintain target account lists specific to segment provide targeting guidance for email and paid media execution.
- Work closely with event managers influencing event registration and attendance goals event demand generation strategy and determining the post-event lead follow-up and nurture.
- Identify assets and platform creative for campaign promotion evaluate whats working and whats not and recommend improvements.
- Execute promotional content development including post copy and corresponding visuals.
- Contribute to the design of nurture programs and incorporate pre- and post- event communications with clients.
- Deliver data and insights to improve campaign performance and keep marketing stakeholders informed.
- Oversee campaign marketing budget ensuring funds are utilized as planned and in compliance with all internal policies.
Qualifications :
- 5-7 years of professional non-internship B2B marketing experience.
- BA/BS degree in marketing communications or related field.
- Experience working in a large matrixed multinational organization is preferred.
- Strong writing and communication skills (English is required).
- Highly collaborative proactive and innovative in the way of working.
- Experience working with a remote-based team spanning across different geographies i.e.) US India and Poland.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing as well as campaign management execution and development.
- Experience with project management tools and excel (data manipulation charts and pivot tables).
- Experience building executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership.
- Adept across digital channels knowing which ones to use and when how to adapt and optimize content according to channel.
- Hands on experience with digital marketing automation tools is mandatory specifically building workflows within Pardot/Marketo/HubSpot/Eloqua/Marketing Cloud. Using Salesforce is also preferred. Must be fast to adapt to new technologies. This is not a digital automation operations role. Platforms are used to create and develop marketing campaigns and programs..
