As the Sales Manager for the Indirect HVAC business across South West Europe you will lead initiatives to grow the business. You will develop and execute strategies that increase market share enhance revenue growth and maximize profitability within the indirect HVAC segment. Under your leadership you will coordinate with regional sales teams and stakeholders to align objectives set performance targets and track progress against growth goals. Channel Partner Expansion and Performance Management is going to be a key success factor for this role.
Your will be providing guidance and support to ensure that the sales teams are equipped with the necessary tools knowledge and resources to addition you will analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement throughout South West Europe.
You will collaborate with product management and marketing teams to launch new products and drive promotional activities that resonate with target customers. A strong emphasis will be placed on training and developing the sales force to enhance customer engagement and improve sales techniques. You will be expected to operate with the highest standards of business ethics.
