Were partnering with a high-growth recruitment firm to find an experienced Business Development / Billing Manager to lead their Life Sciences recruitment team in Boston. This role replaces a departing manager and offers the opportunity to inherit a high-performing team while expanding market share in one of the nations top biotech and pharmaceutical hubs.

Lead & Inspire: Manage a team of 5 experienced recruiters (each with 3 years of tenure) to deliver exceptional client and candidate results.
Grow Revenue: Drive new business across mid-market and smaller biotech/pharma companies using industry relationships and market insights.
Bill Personally: Maintain an active personal desk to ensure consistent billings and pipeline development.
Mentor & Develop: Coach recruiters on BD strategy client engagement and recruitment best practices.
Client Strategy: Build multi-contact relationships across C-suite HR TA and hiring managers to secure repeat business.
Industry Engagement: Stay informed on hiring trends regulatory changes and market benchmarks in the life sciences sector.
Proven success in 360 recruitment within life sciences or related industries.
Track record of onboarding and retaining clients.
Experience managing high-performing recruitment teams.
Strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.
Background in smaller growth-oriented agencies preferred.
