Are you seeking a new opportunity to use your real estate transaction experience Join our dynamic team in St. Louis MO as a Recording Clerk.
We need a detail-oriented professional to provide exceptional service throughout the title this 6-month temp/contract role youll put your administrative communication and organization skills into action while working with our real estate transactions team.
What youll do:
- The role is responsible for supporting real estate transactions by providing a range of administrative and support duties to assist title processes as part of a production center branch office or member of a title team.
- Reviewing recordable documents for accuracy completion of required state/county forms submitting documents through preferred recording method (county or electronic platform) minor resolution of issues and shipping of documents.
What youll bring:
- 1 - 2 years of title company and/or mortgage experience
- Knowledge of recordable documents
- Experience with an electronic recording platform
- Knowledge of state/county recording requirements and guidelines
- Knowledge of how to prepare and complete state/county forms needed for recording
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and produce error-free work
- Ability to work in a fast paced ever changing/growing environment
- Excellent attention to details
- Ability to work independently but also as a part of a team
- Is dependable punctual and professional
- Has a high school diploma; degree preferred

Start Date: August 28 2025 Pay rate - $22.00 - $24.00/hour Location - St. Louis MO 63102
