- Foster a collaborative team culture and ensure smooth communication
Operational Oversight:
- Manage daily operational activities ensuring SLA adherence
- Develop and maintain SOPs workflows and process improvements
Program Management:
- Plan execute and monitor key HR initiatives and programs
Ensure alignment with organizational goals and timelines
Metrics and Reporting:
- Track operational metrics create dashboards and provide actionable insights
- Present regular updates to leadership and key stakeholders
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams vendors and clients to ensure seamless operations
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and issue resolution
