Position Summary
The Concessions Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at concession stands ensuring quick and efficient service while maintaining compliance with alcohol regulations and company policies.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $9.00 and is tip eligible
Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching
This position will remain open until November 14 2025.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve drinks quickly and accurately during high-volume events.
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and enforce alcohol regulations.
- Process cash and card transactions using POS systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area including restocking supplies.
- Ensure proper portion control and responsible alcohol service.
- Engage with customers professionally and provide excellent customer service.
- Follow all health safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management and reporting shortages.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience especially in high-volume settings preferred.
- Knowledge of drink recipes and responsible alcohol service.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items (cases of beverages kegs ice bins).
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol as per local regulations.
- Availability to work evenings weekends and holidays.
- TIPS or similar alcohol service certification is a plus.
