This is a Hybrid role working from our London (Moorgate) Offices 2 days a week.

The Role

Were looking for a Senior Talent Partner to support recruitment delivery across our Central Functions. Youll take ownership of a wide range of roles end-to-end build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and work closely with another Senior Talent Partner to ensure were securing the best talent across all Central Functions.

Central Functions covers a wide range of specialist departments outside of Technology Sales and Customer Operations such as Finance Legal People Risk Compliance and Marketing. This means youll be managing a varied and often complex hiring portfolio balancing operational delivery with opportunities to improve how we attract assess and secure exceptional talent for these teams.

What youll be doing

  • Recruiting across Central Functions ranging in seniority and specialism ensuring we meet KPIs and departmental targets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proactively sourcing and attracting the best talent for our Central Functions teams.
  • Using data and insights to drive hiring decisions and process improvements.
  • Leading or contributing to broader Talent Team projects.

Were Looking For

  • Proven in-house recruitment experience ideally in a scale-up or high-growth environment.
  • Experience hiring across multiple levels and a broad range of functions.
  • Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Confidence using data to track analyse and improve hiring performance.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a wider team.
