About Us:

The Bridge is a progressive not-for-profit organisation delivering services to people with disability and from disadvantaged backgrounds throughout the south-eastern and northern Melbourne community. About You:

Were looking for an organised and approachable team player whos passionate about learning and growth. Youll keep our training systems running smoothly ensure our records are accurate and help staff volunteers and students develop their skills and pathways to support future opportunities. This is a new role to our organisation that can be shaped to your strengths!

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Learning Management System including user setup course allocation and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate staff training and compliance records.
  • Coordinate external training and manage provider relationships.
  • Support onboarding scheduling and compliance for volunteers and students.
  • Promote volunteer opportunities and manage enquiries.
  • Coordinate student placements and maintain records.
  • Assist with developing training resources and support Finance and Payroll processes.

Essential Selection Criteria:

  • Experience in administration and data management
  • Strong prioritisation skills with the ability to adapt to changing workloads and conditions
  • Problem-solving and creative thinking skills with the ability to take initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in MS Office Learning Management Systems and related applications

Desirable:

  • Qualification in Administration or Human Resources
  • Experience with Employment Hero
  • Working With Children Check
