Your Opportunity
East Perth Common Ground will provide 112 self-contained apartments with communal areas on-site support services and commercial space offering permanent supportive housing for adults experiencing homelessness rough sleeping or earning a low income. Developed with input from community housing organisations Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations (ACCOs) and people with lived experience of homelessness this brand-new service is designed to meet the diverse needs of its tenants.
This is an on-site position in a 24/7 residential setting where you will play a vital leadership role in establishing and delivering high-quality tenant support services from the ground up. As Team Leader working under the general direction of senior leaders you will support clients guide employees and ensure consistent service delivery in line with Mission Australias values and program goals. You will be the first point of contact for resolving client-related issues providing expert advice and maintaining a safe supportive environment for both tenants and staff. With a proven ability to lead with empathy integrity and accountability you will help cultivate a culture of trust and respect.
Participation in an on-call roster is required every four to six weeks.
