Job Description
We are a large mechanical contractor in California that works on many of Californias biggest and best mechanical projects. This is a full-time position with great benefits. We are planning to hire Californias best and brightest HVAC Special Projects Manager in the near future.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure client satisfaction in early phase of upcoming projects.
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with GCs and Owners.
- Business development with existing and prospect general contractors and owners as well as other sub-contractors and MEP-design engineers.
- Meet and coordinate with Sub contractors. As well as communicating with Superintendent Foreman Journeyman QA and helpers in the fieldFind Estimate and Manage Commercial HVAC Construction Projects; schedule billings submittals ROIs RFIs & change orders select and monitor subs O&Ms and warranties.
- Review project specs and identify value engineering opportunities to present to our clients.
Requirements:
- Local
- Stable work-history.
- 8years of HVAC contracting experience.
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or construction similar preferred.
- Strong knowledge in State building codes Sage/Timberline Microsoft Office.
