What is this role
As a Quality Assurance Supervisor for Cirkul you will oversee quality inspections conduct audits and collaborate with the production team to address any quality-related issues. You will conduct meetings with cross-functional teams to discuss quality initiatives to ensure all team members are aligned with best practices.
What does an average day look like
Driving Results: Set measurable quality goals and monitor performance metrics ensuring the production process meets or exceeds quality standards.
Taking Ownership: Take the lead on quality assurance initiatives from developing training programs for staff to spearheading quality improvement projects.
Making Decisions: Youll make informed decisions regarding product quality process improvements and corrective actions.
Cultivating Relationships: You will work closely with production supply chain and management teams to foster a collaborative environment.
Instilling Trust: Maintain a high level of integrity in all quality assurance practices. Transparency in communication and reporting will be key to building trust within the organization.
Customer Focus: Foster an environment of open communication ensuring the highest quality standards are met to deliver a top-notch product every time.
What background should you have
- 1-3 years of supervision experience in a quality role - preferably in a CPG or food environment.
- Experience managing safety and HR systems.
- Experience managing Production and Quality systems.
- Knowledge of GMPSQF and HACCP policies.
- Willing to work hard stay until the job is complete and demonstrate resilience.
- Have a positive attitude willing to work multiple levels of employees and thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Be self-motivated dedicated and provide feedback on people systems and processes as necessary.
