About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven and analytical Senior Associate Procurement Consulting to join our this role you will support strategic sourcing procurement transformation cost optimization and supplier management projects for a variety of clients across industries. You will play a key role in delivering value-driven solutions managing client relationships and supporting procurement best practices that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and lead procurement consulting engagements from discovery through implementation.
• Analyze client procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
• Conduct supplier market research RFP/RFI development bid analysis and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess procurement processes and design improvement strategies.
• Provide insights on category management spend analysis and supplier performance.
• Assist in the development of procurement policies procedures and governance models.
• Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and reports for internal and client stakeholders.
• Support junior consultants and contribute to team knowledge development and capability building.

Qualifications :

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree; Masters degree or MBA is a plus.
• 3 - 6 years of experience in procurement strategic sourcing or supply chain consulting.
• Strong understanding of procurement tools practices and market trends.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel Power BI Tableau).
• Knowledge of sourcing platforms (e.g. Ariba Coupa Jaggaer) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced client-facing environment.
• Consulting experience required.

Additional Information :

Compensation Disclosure

The base salary range for this position is $80K to $115K annually. This represents the base pay range that we reasonably expect to offer for this position.

Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidates experience education skillset and location.

In addition to base pay this role may be eligible for performance-based bonuses incentive pay or commissions which are not included in the listed base salary range.
