Job Description
Senior HVAC Project Manager in Fullerton CA
We are a reputable mechanical contractor based in Orange County. We have had the opportunity to work on some of Californias biggest and best projects including Hospitals High-Rises Hotels among others. We are seeking a top-notch Senior-level HVAC Project Manager that can manage some of our largest projects and also develop Assistant Project Managers to grow within our company.
Responsibilities:
- Visit Job Sites
- Work with clients (which includes General Contractors and Building Owners)
- Manage Project Schedule
- Manage Change-Order
- Review Spec Drawings
- Coordinate with Foreman Crews Sub Contractors Suppliers and internal staff
- Go to BIM Coordination meetings to meet with other trades
Requirements:
- 7 or more years of HVAC Project Management experience
Preferred:
- Local in Orange County
- Stable work-history
- Commercial Mechanical Project experience
- Knowledgeable in Quickpen Bluebeam MS Project MS Excel Outlook among other applications
- Bachelors Degree in Construction or Mechanical Engineering
