Job Title Business Analyst InsureMO PlatformRole OverviewWe are looking for a skilled and proactive Business Analyst with 6 to 10 years of experience to support digital transformation initiatives using the InsureMO platform. Experience in the Property and Casualty insurance domain is desirable but not mandatory. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills a good understanding of insurance workflows and hands-on experience with middleware platforms like ResponsibilitiesWork with stakeholders to gather analyze and document business requirements across various insurance linesDesign and configure insurance workflows APIs and microservices using the InsureMO platformTranslate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teamsConduct gap analysis and propose scalable solutions for underwriting policy administration claims and billingSupport user acceptance testing including planning execution and issue resolutionCollaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners developers QA and architectsStay updated on InsureMO platform capabilities and industry trends to recommend innovative solutionsRequired Skills and Qualifications6 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in the insurance domainHands on experience with the InsureMO platform including API orchestration product configuration and workflow designStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA Confluence and VisioExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsBachelors degree in Business IT or a related field.
