Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to handle the procurement of parts and supplies both in bulk and individually. This role requires a proactive approach to purchasing and vendor engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess inventory needs and communicate requirements to vendors.
- Negotiate pricing to achieve cost savings.
- Create and process accurate purchase orders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
- Manage the end-to-end purchasing process
- Work with internal departments to identify and fulfill purchasing needs
- Bilingual in English and Spanish

- $14.00-$16.00 hourly
- 40 hours/week (MondayFriday) 8am-5pm
