Company:
The Boeing CompanyBoeing Global Services (BGS) Supplier Management is seeking aFirst Line Leader to join the team inDallas Texas. This position will focus on supporting Boeing Global Services Supply Chain via the Global Parts Solutions Commercial team.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
The First Line Leader in this position will lead our Supplier Management Customer Escalations (CE) team. The Customer Escalations team collaborates with our business and supply chain partners in order to identify the best possible solution(s) to supply parts and deliver satisfaction to our customers alleviating their critical needs that impact our commercial fleet operations.
Position Responsibilities
Manage develop and motivate employees across a global team

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
More than 5 years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes
More than 3 years of experience in Data Analysis
More than 5 years of experience working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
Bachelors degree or higher
Experience in strategic decision making and supplier negotiations
Experience in a self-directed role
Communication skills and customer focus are critical to be successful in the role
Experience supporting emergent demand that requires off shift response/support
