Whats the role
As an Associate in our Global Transaction Services (GTS) Client Service team youll play a key role in supporting a portfolio of Real Estate and Consumer & Industrials institutional clients ensuring their banking experience is seamless responsive and tailored to their needs. This full-time position is based in Sydney and offers the opportunity to work closely with Relationship Managers and internal teams to deliver high-quality service across a range of transactional banking products. Youll manage client enquiries oversee service delivery and contribute to process improvements that enhance the way we support our clients. What do I need
Were looking for someone whos client-focused solutions-oriented and ready to make a meaningful impact. Youll bring:
- Strong relationship management and communication skills.
- Experience supporting Real Estate and Consumer & Industrials institutional clients ideally across transactional banking lending or financial markets.
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving client issues.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of banking systems processes and compliance standards.
