DescriptionThe Supply Chain Buyer Accelerated Development Program is designed as a 912-month assignment to assist the site Supply Chain Manager with day-to-day tasks and special projects. The program participants manage their own projects to assist the team in achieving goals.
The Supply Chain Buyer ADP is hosted by the Global Supply Chain Organizational Development Department and participants are matched with one of our manufacturing or distribution candidates will begin in January or July.
ResponsibilitiesPosition Responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting the Supply Chain Leadership Teams with:
QualificationsMinimum Requirements
- Must have a bachelors degree or higher in Materials Management Engineering Business Administration Operations or Supply Chain by the start of this development program.
- Must be willing to relocate for this position AND upon completion of the program.
- Must have a minimum overall GPA of 2.8
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in a country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.
- Must have at least one (1) year of experience using Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word Excel PowerPoint Teams and/or Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications
- Have previous internship/co-op experience within Sherwin-Williams.
- Have previous internship co-op or work experience in a related field.
- Have previous experience working in a team-oriented setting including work experience extracurricular activities military service etc.
- Have experience with QAD Oracle or SAP
