Job Summary
Receptionist: Part Time position available typical schedule will be from 3:15-8pm weekend and holidayrotationis required.
Duties and responsibilities: Provide clerical and receptionist services while remaining alert for safety and security issues. Answer and direct incoming calls. Refer guests and inquiries to appropriate individuals ensuring they sign in. Schedule appointments transportation etc. considering resident needs timeliness appropriateness. Handle mail distributionflow of correspondence requisition of suppliesand work orders. Keep reception area open and operating promptly as scheduled and ensure coverage throughout scheduled time. Provide services to help make a comfortable and safe home for the correspondence and reports as needed.
Experience: 1 year office / receptionistexperience. Prefer experience within healthcare. Excellent computer skills utilizing Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook are to effectively multi-task while providing outstanding customer service to external and internal clients in a professional and safe manner.
