- Minimum 2 years experience in team lead experience in the sales LOB
- Identifiers for sales: - quota based KPIs - understanding of closing techniques handling objections and adherence to sales scripts
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Management: Leading motivating and coaching a team of travel sales agents to meet and exceed sales goals and performance targets. This includes hiring training and developing team members.
- Sales Performance & Strategy: Monitoring and analyzing sales performance identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to maximize profitability and achieve objectives. This might involve setting sales plans monitoring trends and preparing sales reports.
- Customer Service & Operations: Ensuring the team provides high-quality customer service expert travel advice and tailored solutions while also managing and resolving issues and complaints.
- Collaboration & Communication: Working closely with other departments (e.g. operations product development) to ensure seamless service delivery and aligning departmental goals. Maintaining effective relationships and communication with clients and vendors is also crucial.
