Job Summary:
Our client a well-established manufacturing company is looking for an Assistant Manager Production to lead and optimize production operations. This role requires strong leadership proven experience in managing production teams and a stable employment record.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the production team to achieve daily weekly and monthly output targets.
- Ensure production processes meet quality safety and efficiency standards.
- Manage manpower planning scheduling and resource allocation.
- Monitor production metrics troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.
- Coordinate with quality control maintenance and supply chain teams for smooth operations.
- Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.
- Train mentor and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.
Main Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years experience leading production teams preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Strong computer skills for reporting and production monitoring.
- Proven ability in manpower management.
- Stable employment record no frequent job changes; at least 2 years in the most recent position.
