Key Responsibilities
- Organize resources as per production plan and monitor daily production output
- Supervising and coordinating shifts to achieve production volume as per committed output levels while respecting the departmental KPIs.
- Improve production process by seeking rooms of improvement automation and headcount reduction/optimization in order to achieve better efficiency
- Coaching training and monitoring staff (including outsourced manpower) to achieve maximum potential capability and job flexibility with good discipline.
- Coordinating and participating in the development of existing and new products and processes.
- Liaising and cooperating with the Maintenance Department to ensure that machines are systematically maintained to maximize operational efficiency.
- Following safety environmental dress-code HACCP GMP ISO and company rules and regulations.
- Prepares product and process reports by collecting analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
- Respecting companys EHS GMP HACCP and other accreditations
- Be an advocate of plant safety and energy saving keep constant eye on these areas and highlight issues when necessary or propose ways for improvement
- Other duties as may be assigned by management
Qualification/Competency
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Production Management/Industrial Engineering.
- 10 years of working experience in manufacturing environment
- Open to work in shifts if needed
- Good communication skills
- A persuasive character and the ability to work with different cultures.
- Good knowledge of 5 S TPM Kaizen/Lean manufacturing
- Experience in managing daily/temporary labor is desirable
- Very good computer skills (Excel Word and PowerPoint) with experience in ERP or SAP being a plus.
- Good communication skills leadership initiative cooperation teamwork and analytical and problem solving skills.
