Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying pursuing and closing new business opportunities to grow the companys real estate portfolio. This includes property sales property management commercial leasing and development projects. The role requires a strategic and proactive individual with strong real estate market knowledge excellent communication skills and a proven track record in driving revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities market trends and competitive landscapes.
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company growth goals.
- Analyze project feasibility including cost risks and ROI for new ventures.
- Generate leads through networking cold calling industry events and other initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients investors brokers and stakeholders.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with developers financial institutions government bodies etc.
- Manage sales pipeline track progress and report regularly on business development activities.
- Monitor market conditions competitor activity and regulations to inform strategies.
- Provide forecasts reports and analyses to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns to attract clients and promote listings/services.
Main Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Real Estate or related field. Masters degree is a plus.
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics investment cycles and property types (residential commercial industrial).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficient in CRM software market research tools Power BI and Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Minimum 5-8 years of proven business development or sales experience preferably in real estate.
- Knowledge of marketing intelligence analysis.
- Ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
Working Days and Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM 12:00 PM & 1:00 PM 5:30 PM
- Lunch break: 12:00 PM 1:00 PM
