Title: Real Estate Sales Manager (Tokyo)

Our client a leading Cambodian real estate developer is looking for a Sales Manager to launch and oversee their representative sales office in Tokyo. The main objective is to promote and sell Cambodian real estate to investors based in Japan.
This position will involve establishing the Tokyo office recruiting and leading the sales team and building strong relationships with local investors and buyers.
The role is based in Tokyo with occasional business travel to Cambodia as needed.
Oversee daily operations of the Tokyo sales office.
Develop sales channels and a distributor network in Tokyo and wider Japan.
Recruit train and manage a high-performing local sales team.
Design and implement annual and quarterly office sales plans.
Conduct local market research and provide strategic feedback.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partner agencies.
Train agency staff to improve their sales performance.
Negotiate and finalise agreements with distributors.
Maintain accurate organised records of all clients and partners.
Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds real estate sales targets.
5 years of experience in real estate sales channels.
Proven ability to develop and manage sales channels and agents.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Effective team leadership and management skills.
Professional fluency in English required.
Existing investor network in Japan is an advantage.
Japanese language proficiency preferred; Chinese is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
