Position: Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative
Location: Athens Greece
Employment Type: Full-time On-site
Remuneration: Base salary



We are seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our clients growing team in Athens Greece. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an international environment while building your customer service skills.

You will be the first point of contact for customers providing friendly efficient and professional assistance to ensure their satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone email or chat in Italian.
Provide accurate information troubleshooting support and order assistance.

Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements
Fluent Italian speaker.
Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
