The office is home to a close-knit and supportive team of 14 professionals. The firm manages a high-volume fast-paced residential conveyancing caseload currently handling between 80 to 100 matters per month and is approved on 73 lender panels.
We are seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal (Fee Earner) to join the firms busy property department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is ambitious tech-savvy and eager to progress their legal career within a firm that embraces innovation and development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for running their own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion with minimal supervision. Youll benefit from cutting-edge legal tech modern systems and a collaborative team environment.
Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions (sales purchases remortgages transfers of equity) from start to finish.
Liaise with clients estate agents mortgage lenders and other solicitors.
Ensure compliance with CQS and regulatory standards.
Draft and review legal documents contracts and title documentation.
Accurately update case management systems and maintain client records.
Use AI-driven tools and in-house technology to streamline file management and client communication.
Work proactively to meet deadlines and monthly targets.
Assist in developing internal processes and contribute to firm growth.
Minimum 1-2 years experience in residential conveyancing as a paralegal or fee earner.
Proven ability to handle your own caseload independently.
Excellent knowledge of conveyancing procedures and current property law.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Comfortable working in a high-volume environment.
Proficient with case management systems and legal tech (AI experience a plus).
Strong communication and client care skills.
Ambitious with a genuine desire to develop and grow within the firm.
