Job Description
- Assist attorneys with case management throughout all phases of litigation from pre-filing to trial and appeal.
- Draft proofread and file legal documents including pleadings discovery requests/responses and motions.
- Manage document production including review organization and preparation for depositions and trial.
- Conduct legal and factual research related to intellectual property matters.
- Coordinate with clients witnesses experts and opposing counsel.
- Maintain litigation calendars deadlines and case files.
- Prepare exhibits binders and other trial-related materials.
- Ensure compliance with court rules and procedures including electronic filing systems (e.g. PACER ECF)
