We are looking for two proactive and detail-oriented Disrepair Coordinators to support our Disrepair Manager in delivering high-quality responsive repair services to our residents. These roles are critical to ensuring that issues such as damp mould and general disrepair are managed effectively and resolved in a timely and cost-efficient manner.

As a Disrepair Coordinator you will be responsible for managing individual disrepair cases with works valued up to 50000. You will play a key role in liaising with contractors legal representatives surveyors and residents to ensure that all remedial work is carried out to a high standard while ensuring value for money and compliance with regulatory manage and coordinate legal disrepair cases and arbitration processes ensuring all disrepair claims are dealt with efficiently with minimal legal and financial exposure for the Council. The role will ensure value for money is achieved in settling disrepair cases coordinating with the repairs partnering and legal teams as well as with residents

You will monitor the progress of repair works ensure accurate case documentation and help identify trends or recurring issues that may need further investment or intervention. Your strong organisational and communication skills will be vital in coordinating multiple cases simultaneously and keeping all stakeholders informed throughout the resolution process.

As a Litigation Coordinator you will be responsible for managing a dedicated portfolio of disrepair cases working in close partnership with contractors legal representatives and internal teams. Your primary focus will be to ensure timely and effective resolution of cases while upholding a high standard of service for both tenants and leaseholders.

You will play a vital role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for each case including repairs history associated costs and legal documentation. This detailed case management will support effective monitoring and reporting across the disrepair program.

A key part of your role will involve tracking expenditure and contributing to financial forecasting enabling informed and strategic decision-making. You will support the Disrepair Manager in the prioritisation of cases based on urgency risk and available resources ensuring that the program remains both responsive and efficient.

This is a high-impact role that requires strong organisational skills attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining high living standards for residents and delivering value for money across the disrepair service.
