Job Summary:
We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Female Factory Helper with experience in seafood packing to join our production team. The candidate will assist in handling sorting and packaging seafood products while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sorting cleaning and packing seafood products as per company standards.
- Ensure proper labeling weighing and sealing of seafood packages.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the packing area.
- Follow food safety and quality control guidelines.
- Operate basic machinery and tools used in seafood processing.
- Check and remove defective or expired products from the line.
- Support the loading and unloading of seafood shipments.
- Work efficiently to meet daily production targets.
- Adhere to workplace safety protocols and use protective gear properly.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in seafood packing or food processing.
Gender: Female candidates only.
Education: No formal education required; basic literacy is a plus.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long hours and work in a cold or wet environment.
Skills:
- Knowledge of seafood handling and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
Other Requirements: - Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends if required.
- Must be punctual reliable and hardworking.
