St Vincents Care is seeking a dynamicSales Consultantto join our national sales team supporting bothResidential Aged CareandRetirement Livingservices. Based at our Carseldine site youll play a key role in guiding prospective residents and their families through one of lifes most important decisionswith empathy professionalism and integrity.

About the Role
Promote and sell aged care beds and retirement living units across our portfolio.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences from initial enquiry through to move-in.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet occupancy and financial targets.
Build trusted relationships with residents families and referral networks.
Things that work for us:
Proven experience in sales ideally in aged care retirement living or health services.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service focused and committed to providing an exceptional customer experience
A compassionate approach and genuine desire to support older Australians.
Excellent MS Office skills (Word and excel) and experience in various CRMs and databases
Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
Full drivers license (some travel between sites will be involved)
