St Vincents Care is seeking a dynamicSales Consultantto join our national sales team supporting bothResidential Aged CareandRetirement Livingservices. Based at our Carseldine site youll play a key role in guiding prospective residents and their families through one of lifes most important decisionswith empathy professionalism and integrity.

About the Role

  • Promote and sell aged care beds and retirement living units across our portfolio.

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences from initial enquiry through to move-in.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet occupancy and financial targets.

  • Build trusted relationships with residents families and referral networks.

Things that work for us:

  • Proven experience in sales ideally in aged care retirement living or health services.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Customer service focused and committed to providing an exceptional customer experience

  • A compassionate approach and genuine desire to support older Australians.

  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word and excel) and experience in various CRMs and databases

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.

  • Full drivers license (some travel between sites will be involved)
