Job Description

Position: Key Account Manager Company Overview: Venture Resources is a leading provider of innovative solutions for businesses looking to grow and expand their operations. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our this role you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our key clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of our solutions and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients understanding their business needs and providing exceptional customer service. - Create and implement strategic account plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of our solutions and services. - Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and work towards expanding our client base. - Monitor and analyze market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify potential risks and opportunities. - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and effective communication. - Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on account performance opportunities and challenges. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field. - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in key account management or sales preferably in a B2B environment. - Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key accounts. - Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
