Job Description
Are you an experienced Quality Assurance professional ready to elevate your career A leading player in the aviation sector is looking for a dedicated QA Manager to oversee and maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance across their operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team and processes
Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation regulations and standards
Oversee internal audits inspections and corrective actions
Develop and maintain quality systems and documentation
Liaise with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience in a Quality Assurance role within the aviation industry
In-depth knowledge of AOC
Proven experience managing audit processes and regulatory compliance
Strong leadership and communication skills
Relevant qualification in aviation engineering or a related field
ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is advantageous
Ability to work in a fast-paced safety-critical environment
