DescriptionThis is a supervisory position that involves leading the work of other employees. The role is focused on the integrity and security of the gaming floor and requires maintaining knowledge of all dealer procedures. The work environment has moderate exposure to smoke dirt chemicals and fumes. The position requires minimal physical exertion and is performed mostly while standing or sitting with an occasional need to lift and carry up to 10 lbs.
Responsibilities- Direct and supervise the work of Dealers.
- Provide input on staffing performance appraisals and corrective actions.
- Implement and manage dealer rotation schedules.
- Ensure the integrity and security of the game including reporting any irregularities or irregular play.
- Maintain inspection of decks and other gaming equipment.
- Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures and report any safety hazards.
- Complete required paperwork for CTR and MTL.
Qualifications- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with two years of related work experience and at least one year of supervisory experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must know Roulette and craps.
- Must have the ability to lead and guide other employees.
- Must be able to provide and maintain a high standard of guest service.
- Must have and maintain a valid drivers license.
- Must be able to obtain a Cherokee Nation Gaming License and/or an OHRC License.
