Job Description
Job Title: Workflow Automation & AI Trainer
Department: Training & Development
Location: Onsite (Gojra) (Company will provide accommodation and meal facility)
Reports to: CMO & CEO
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our AI Bootcamp and Academy Training Program. This individual will be responsible for delivering hands-on training in AI tools workflow/process automation and agent development while also managing and mentoring the AI Trainees teams. The ideal candidate should have solid technical expertise combined with strong leadership and people management skills as this role bridges both execution and education.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver structured training sessions on:
- Workflow and process automation tools (e.g. Zapier Make Power Automate)
- AI agents and automation platforms (e.g. OpenAI tools AutoGPT)
- Prompt engineering and practical AI applications
- Create hands-on training assignments labs and projects for academy Trainees.
- Evaluate trainees performance and provide constructive feedback for growth and improvement.
- Manage and mentor AI Trainees team ensuring timely task completion and professional development.
- Collaborate with the HR and project coordination teams to track progress KPIs and performance.
- Lead periodic knowledge-sharing sessions and ensure all academy content is up-to-date and industry-relevant.
- Maintain training documentation SOPs and progress reports.
- Support in identifying talent from the academy pool for Traineesal placements in AI-related roles.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science Data Science or a relevant field.
- 2 - 5 years of hands-on experience in AI tools automation platforms and process design.
- Proven experience in training or mentoring junior resources/Trainees (preferably in a tech academy or corporate setup).
- Strong command over tools like ChatGPT Zapier Make Notion AI and other productivity AI tools.
- Solid understanding of workflow optimization APIs and integrations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills must be patient adaptable and motivating.
- Ability to break down complex concepts into easy-to-understand sessions for fresh graduates or non-technical Trainees.
Preferred (but not mandatory):
- Prior experience in curriculum design or bootcamp management.
- Familiarity with ClickUp Trello or similar project management tools.
- Certifications in AI/automation platforms are a plus.
