The Sr. Program Manager is a strategic high-impact role at the heart of our Broadband product and customer experience initiatives. This individual contributor thrives in dynamic fast-moving environments leading programs and projects that shape the future of how Broadband needs expand at T-Mobile.

Youll bring both vision and executionturning complex challenges into actionable plans and delivering measurable results. Leveraging your expertise in program and project management methodologies youll design solutions identify risks and opportunities and drive alignment across diverse teams including Product Technology Marketing Consumer and back-office operations.

This role is hybridthree days in the office each week.

What Youll Do

  • Develop and manage program plans schedules and workback timelines to meet strategic product goals for Broadband.
  • Lead the creation validation and ongoing management of program requirements ensuring alignment with product customer and technical needs.
  • Maintain and update RAID logs (Risks Actions Issues Decisions) to proactively address risks dependencies and opportunities.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery.
  • Translate complex program data into clear actionable updates for executives and stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement process improvements adopting best practices to enhance program efficiency.

What You Bring

Education & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management or related field (preferred)
  • 47 years of program management experience including cross-functional leadership and delivering customer-focused initiatives (required)
  • Proven track record in program scheduling requirements management and reporting (required)

Skills & Expertise

  • Program Management Tools: Proficient with Microsoft Project Asana Jira or similar tools (required)
  • Analytics: Skilled in managing RAID logs and analyzing complex data (required)
  • Communication: Exceptional written verbal and interpersonal skills (required)
  • Agility: Ability to build processes in ambiguous environments and adapt to evolving priorities (required)
  • Influence & Negotiation: Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution abilities (required)
  • Organization: Exceptional multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail (required)

Preferred Certifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Program Management Professional (PgMP)

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Base Pay Range: $73400 - $132400

Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications and experience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile employees in regular non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
