This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Warren MI three times per week at minimum.
The Role
The Senior Manager Compensation Design Analytics and Benchmarking is a strategic leader responsible for designing and optimizing compensation programs that attract retain and motivate top talent. This role combines expertise in compensation strategy with analytics and market intelligence to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices across the organization. As a people leader this role also includes managing and developing a team of compensation professionals fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of an innovative and competitive compensation system including base pay incentive plans stock purchase plans and recognition.
Develop and maintain job architecture frameworks and career pathing models.
Conduct in-depth compensation analyses to support business decisions including cost modeling scenario planning and ROI assessments.
Leverage data to identify trends risks and opportunities in compensation practices.
Define GMs benchmarking and market strategy.
Lead the participation in and analysis of compensation surveys to ensure market competitiveness.
Interpret market data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends regulatory changes and best practices in compensation.
Support executive compensation and board reporting as needed.
Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to manage risk and ensure audit readiness.
