We are seeking ahighly organized and detailoriented Compliance and Operations Specialist tooversee compliance operations and administrative functions for our KSAoffice. This role involves ensuring adherence to local government legalrequirements and KSA regulations managing operational processes andsupporting the offices administrative needs. The ideal candidate will have astrong understanding of KSA regulations excellent organizational skills andthe ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
KeyResponsibilities:
ComplianceManagement:
- Ensure compliance with all local legal regulatory and governmental requirements in KSA.
- Monitor changes in KSA laws and regulations that impact the organization and implement necessary adjustments.
- Maintain and update compliance documentation policies and procedures.
- Act as the primary liaison with local regulatory authorities and government agencies.
- Oversee the completion and timely submission of all required regulatory filings permits and licenses.
- Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
OperationsManagement:
- Develop and implement efficient operational processes to support the KSA offices goals.
- Manage daytoday office operations including facilities management vendor relations and procurement.
- Coordinate with the central support teams to ensure alignment of operational practices.
- Support with operational planning resource allocation and budget management for the KSA office.
AdministrativeSupport:
- Oversee administrative tasks such as managing correspondence maintaining records and scheduling meetings.
- Ensure the office is equipped with necessary supplies and resources.
- Manage employee onboarding and ensure compliance with KSA labor laws.
- Provide support for event planning travel arrangements and other logistical needs.
TeamCollaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams (legal HR finance) to ensure seamless integration of compliance and operations.
- Train and guide employees on compliance and operational protocols.
- Support the leadership team with reporting and documentation requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Law or a related field.
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in compliance operations or office administration.
- Indepth knowledge of KSA laws regulations and government procedures.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to work independently and manage confidential information with discretion.
PreferredQualifications:
- Prior experience working in a multinational or regional organization.
- Familiarity with financial compliance standards and internal auditing.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Saudi National Only.
