Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and innovative Director of Talent & Culture to join our team in Dhahran Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our leadership team you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to attract retain and develop top talent while fostering a positive and inclusive organizational culture.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent management strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Lead the design and implementation of employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture
  • Oversee the full cycle of recruitment from workforce planning to onboarding
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to identify and develop future leaders through succession planning
  • Implement and manage performance evaluation systems to drive employee growth and organizational success
  • Develop and maintain competitive compensation and benefits programs
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide datadriven insights to inform strategic decisionmaking
  • Foster a diverse and inclusive work environment that promotes employee wellbeing and productivity
  • Manage and mentor the HR team promoting professional development and highperformance standards
  • Develop and oversee the departments budget ensuring efficient resource allocation
  • Act as a change agent driving cultural transformation initiatives across the organization
  • Collaborate with other departments to align HR strategies with business objectives

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or a related field; Masters degree preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources Management with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful talent management strategies
  • Strong understanding of labor and employment laws particularly in Saudi Arabia
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Proficiency in HR analytics and reporting with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience with HRIS and proficiency in MS Office suite including Excel Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated experience in change management and cultural transformation initiatives
  • Knowledge of performance management systems and best practices
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
  • Fluency in English required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
