We are seeking a visionary and innovative Director of Talent & Culture to join our team in Dhahran Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our leadership team you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to attract retain and develop top talent while fostering a positive and inclusive organizational culture.
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent management strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead the design and implementation of employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture
- Oversee the full cycle of recruitment from workforce planning to onboarding
- Collaborate with executive leadership to identify and develop future leaders through succession planning
- Implement and manage performance evaluation systems to drive employee growth and organizational success
- Develop and maintain competitive compensation and benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia
- Analyze HR metrics and provide datadriven insights to inform strategic decisionmaking
- Foster a diverse and inclusive work environment that promotes employee wellbeing and productivity
- Manage and mentor the HR team promoting professional development and highperformance standards
- Develop and oversee the departments budget ensuring efficient resource allocation
- Act as a change agent driving cultural transformation initiatives across the organization
- Collaborate with other departments to align HR strategies with business objectives
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or a related field; Masters degree preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources Management with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful talent management strategies
- Strong understanding of labor and employment laws particularly in Saudi Arabia
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Proficiency in HR analytics and reporting with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience with HRIS and proficiency in MS Office suite including Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated experience in change management and cultural transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of performance management systems and best practices
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Fluency in English required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
