Job Description

Driving sales growth and achieving TAJ ALSAFAs revenue targets responsible for development the sales team coordination of sales operations and implementation of sales techniques that allow the business to meet and surpass its sales targets. consistently. Working with customers suppliers and members evaluating budgets P&L and determining ways to simplify and improve the sales process



Main Responsibilities

  • Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and memberships.
  • Assessing and reporting the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Setting sales targets and frequently follow up on progress to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Developing and implementing new sales initiatives strategies and programs to capture key demographics.
  • Managing the sales team and ensuring that the sales team has the necessary tools and resources to meet their goals.
  • Continuously analyzing and evaluating departmental productivity


Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

  • 4 6 years of experience in the related field.
  • Communication & active listening skills.
  • Good organizational multitasking prioritization and effective time management skills.
  • Ability to think critically and problemsolve.
  • Able to adapt to changes in the business environment.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
