What You Will Get To Do:

SS&C are seeking a highly skilled strategic Product and Solutions Director to join our team based in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our efforts in identification development and launch of new hedge fund products and solutions.

Working closely with senior leadership and other cross-functional teams you will oversee the entire product lifecyclefrom concept and research to execution and market launch. This role requires a strong understanding of hedge fund strategies market trends and client needs with a focus on driving innovation and enhancing our competitive edge. You will be expected to showcase a high level of strategic thinking leadership and problem-solving skills to effectively manage and implement new solutions.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Product Strategy and Vision - Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for new hedge fund products and solutions focusing on identifying market opportunities trends and emerging client needs.
• Client Engagement - Collaborate with key clients and internal stakeholders to understand their evolving needs gather feedback and tailor product solutions that address their requirements.
• Acquisitions Identify and participate in the evaluation of potential acquisition targets which align with SS&Cs strategic objectives.
• Market Insights & Trends - Stay ahead of market trends industry regulations and client demands to inform product development and strategy. Provide thought leadership on hedge fund services and emerging industry developments.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with internal teams such as sales technology and business teams to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of hedge fund services solutions. Facilitate seamless communication between departments to ensure product offerings are aligned with client needs.
• Go-To-Market Strategy Working in collaboration with SS&Cs marketing team to develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for new hedge fund product and solutions ensuring effective positioning messaging and communication to target audiences.

What You Will Bring:

• Significant experience in hedge fund services including expertise in fund administration operations and middle/back-office.
• Proven track record in product management product strategy or product development within the hedge fund or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of hedge fund operations asset classes trading strategies and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and interact with senior stakeholders and cross functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities including the ability to effectively present and demonstrate solutions to clients prospects and internal stakeholders.
