Job Description
Extra Duty/Extra Pay (EDEP) -Boys Cross Country Student Support- Lindbergh High School - One Season Only
- Salary: Stipend
- Season:Fall 2025-2026
- Schedule:
- MondaySaturday 79 AM until school starts
- MondayFriday 35 PM after school starts
Summary: Seeking an adult to run alongside a student during cross country practices and events to provide support. Must be able to keep pace and ensure the students safety.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and accompany a student with an intellectual disability during all cross country practices including runs in the community.
- Ensure the students physical safety by monitoring surroundings maintaining close proximity and following established safety protocols.
- Provide verbal prompts encouragement and assistance to help the student follow the coachs directions and stay on course.
- Communicate any concerns or incidents promptly to the coach or designated school staff.
- Support positive social interaction and inclusion with teammates while respecting the students individual needs and abilities.
