Job Description
Hybrid position
Minimum requirements:
- 47 years experience as a UI Designer
- Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio
- Solid experience in creating wireframes storyboards user flows and process flows
- Strong visual design skills and proficiency in wireframing tools
- Ability to effectively communicate your designs and sell your solutions to stakeholders
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Uptodate with the latest UI trends techniques and technologies
- Experience working in an Agile development process
- Ability to work with a crossfunctional team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Define and deliver all visual design for our mobile apps and web interface from concept to prototyping iteration of ideas to contributing to outcomes for the development team
- Establish promote and maintain design guidelines best practices and standards
- Collaborate with the product manager and developers in your team to define and implement solutions for the product focusing on visuals and usability
- Conceptualise ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to processes that are often complex and interdependent
- Create sketches wireframes storyboards prototypes user flows and process flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Share designs to peers and stakeholders
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
