Overview of the job
As Brand & Presentation Designer you will ensure Influencers brand identity is executed to the highest standard across all pitch marketing and client-facing materials. Your focus will be on translating our new brand identity into fully editable easy-to-use Google Slides templates from full RFP decks and creds to quick-pitch formats that allow all teams to deliver visually consistent high-impact work.
Youll work closely with Creative Strategy Client Services Commercial and Marketing to understand their needs design versatile slide formats and train teams to use them effectively. Youll also create bespoke co-branded decks for major client pitches blending Influencers visual style with client branding to deliver a polished and professional result.
This is a role for someone with exceptional attention to detail a love for presentation design and the ability to embed design excellence across the business. With our new brand identity launching youll play a key role in applying it consistently from day one.

Measures of success
In the first few months you would have:
Designed and launched a new master Google Slides template suite with multiple editable slide formats that all teams can use with ease.
Delivered training sessions to Creative Strategy Client Services Commercial and Marketing teams embedding presentation best practice.
Gathered and actioned feedback from teams to continuously refine the template system.
Designed and delivered co-branded pitch decks for major RFPs that blend client and Influencer branding seamlessly.
Established quality control standards to ensure every outbound deck meets Influencers design guidelines.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design roll out and maintain Influencers master Google Slides templates ensuring usability consistency and brand alignment.
Create bespoke co-branded templates for high-value pitches and client opportunities.
Work with internal teams to understand needs and develop versatile on-brand slide formats.
Maintain an organised repository of templates and assets accessible to the whole business.
Deliver training sessions on presentation design and template use.
Act as the quality check for key outbound materials ensuring they meet brand guidelines.
Support occasional design needs for marketing events and internal initiatives.
What you will need:
5 years in brand design visual identity or presentation design roles.
Expert-level Google Slides skills with proven experience creating editable flexible templates.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to design precision.
Strong understanding of typography layout and colour theory.
Ability to translate brand guidelines into practical usable design systems.
Confidence to run training sessions and influence stakeholders across the business.
Experience in creating co-branded assets that merge two distinct identities effectively.
Collaborative proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
A portfolio showcasing high-quality brand and presentation design.
You have an awesome design portfolio that highlights your work
Experience with motion graphic design is a helpful addition
