Job Description
Sales Representative
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
- Demonstrated experience in a telesales or sales role.
- Exceptional communication abilities and strong interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Afrikaans.
- Solid sales proficiency with a history of achieving or surpassing targets.
- Highly selfdriven targetfocused and motivated to achieve success. (Hunter mentality)
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to prequalified leads supplied by the company.
- Provide feedback on clients analysis and advocate for our range of products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Meet and surpass sales goals and performance indicators.
- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
