Job Description:
We are currently seeking a driven and customer-focused Outside Parts Sales Representative to join our this role youll be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with wholesale parts & services customers and fleet businesses. Your primary goal will be to grow our parts and fleet service business by going business-to-business and establishing long-term partnerships in the community.

Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new B2B relationships for wholesale parts and fleet services
Travel to local businesses daily to introduce dealership offerings and build client relationships
Generate new leads and maintain a database of prospects and current customers
Maintain consistent follow-up and communication with accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with the parts and service departments to ensure accurate quoting and order fulfillment
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
Represent the dealership professionally within the community and at networking events
Provide exceptional customer service and act as a knowledgeable resource for all client needs
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in B2B or outside sales preferably in the automotive or commercial services industry
Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Organization: Ability to manage time accounts and leads efficiently
Sales Drive: Goal-oriented with a self-motivated approach to sales
Technical Skills: Comfortable using CRM software and mobile technology to track leads and follow-ups
Automotive Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive parts and fleet services is a plus
License: Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
