Job Description
- Configure and maintain Archibus modules (e.g. Space Management Preventive Maintenance Real Estate Lease Administration).
- Analyse business processes and define system requirements to align with IWMS capabilities.
- Provide functional support user training and documentation for system users.
- Monitor data integrity resolve functional issues and improve reporting outputs.
- Coordinate with developers to implement customisations and enhancements.
- Lead or support UAT system audits and process improvement initiatives.
- Stay informed on Archibus releases and industry best practices to ensure optimal system use.
- NQF Level 6 Qualification or higher in Information Technology (IT) or a related field.
- Archibus-related Certification.
- 5 10 Years experience with knowledge of South Africa government Real Estate industry and policies in-depth knowledge of Archibus and databases client-side design and development.
- Experience in prototyping and researching alternative implement strategies conducting walkthroughs of functional specifications implementing new features performing integration testing and QA.
