Job Description
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a professional and guestfocused Front of House team member for a prestigious luxury villa property located in the beautiful Cederberg region. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional to work in a worldclass environment providing exceptional guest experiences in a breathtaking natural setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests warmly and ensure a seamless checkin and checkout process
Deliver personalised guest service and maintain high standards of hospitality
Handle all guest requests and queries efficiently ensuring guest satisfaction
Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth operations and guest comfort
Manage bookings reservations and guest communications accurately
Maintain the reception area and public guest spaces to the highest standards
Assist with concierge duties including activity bookings transfers and local recommendations
Maintain knowledge of the property local area and services offered to enhance the guest experience
Handle administrative tasks including daily reports and guest accounts
Support the overall Front Office operations and contribute to a positive team environment
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar Front of House or Guest Relations role within a luxury hospitality environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and demeanour
Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service
Proficiency in front office systems and Microsoft Office (Opera experience advantageous)
A positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
Willingness to work shifts weekends and public holidays as required
