Job Description
Salary: R26000 CTC per month
- Experience as an Operations Supervisor.
- Self driven and a team player.
- Versatile in technical ability and able to learn fast.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Able to read priority selections for work schedules.
Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:
- Quote and costing of projects done daily.
- Quotes and Job card costing and quoting monthly for SLA processing.
- Handling of all monthly scheduled SLA for all company products.
- Manage sites and staff with small teams and various projects.
- Working with clients scheduling and planning of work incoming.
- Control the main key resources in workshop: Stores Vehicles Staff.
- Strict managing of Tools and highcost hand tools.
- May from time to time need to site visit during installations or work checking.
- Do comparisons of quote vs actual of jobs received.
- Measure staff time to allocated quoted times.
